- Tracking Number: When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email so you can follow your package's journey every step of the way.
- Signature Required: For security purposes, all shipments must be signed for by the recipient upon delivery. Please be prepared to provide identification.
Refund Policy
Due to the dynamic and instant price fluctuations of the gold and precious metals market, all of our sales are final.
- No Refunds Due to Market Volatility: The prices of our products are determined by real-time market rates at the time of your order. Therefore, we cannot offer any refunds or reimbursements for completed orders.
- Exceptions: Refund requests will only be considered in the following rare circumstances:
- You were sent the wrong item.
- There is significant and documented damage to the product, noticed before opening the package during transit.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Order Cancellation: Given that gold prices are constantly changing, your orders are typically processed instantly. For this reason, you may only cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Cancellation requests after this period will not be accepted.
- Returns and Exchanges: As stated in our Refund Policy above, returns or exchanges are not accepted for products due to market conditions.
- Exchange for Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service immediately. Provide photos and documentation of the issue, and we will review your request and take the necessary steps to send you the correct item. The process for returning the damaged item will be managed by us.
